With a goal of constructing 5,000 houses, this alliance has the potential to significantly transform Malaysia’s construction industry.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was officially signed by all three parties – SSBB, MCC Malaysia and GBDR, during the prestigious 14th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum (IIICF) held in Macau from June 1st to 2nd, 2023.
Mr. Gan Yee Hin, Executive Director, and Chief Executive Officer of SSBB, states: “We are thrilled to embark on this collaboration with MCC Malaysia and GBDR, as it perfectly aligns with SSBB’s strategic vision for digitalisation and expansion in the construction industry, with a specific focus on IBS.”
Furthermore, Mr. Gan emphasised that the MOU would not only bolster SSBB’s commitment to environmental, social, and governance principles but also contribute to the construction of a sustainable future for the nation, benefiting both present and future generations.
