Saif Nordin is a rising fencing talent who has competed in international tournaments and brought home numerous medals in recent years. Saif who trains at Touché Fencing Club – one of the most established fencing clubs in the country – is known for his precision, speed, and passion for the sport.

Sharing his experience, Saif said, “Fencing is a high-performance sport, it’s about speed and accuracy, having the energy to do that during the later rounds of long tournaments is important. Oxygen therapy has been a game-changer for me, especially as I’m currently competing against athletes who are older and physically more developed.”

He continued, “The best part about the O2 box at Japanese Healing is that I can integrate my recovery schedules. There is enough space in the room to do my active recovery and stretching, and when I’m done, I can just rest and take in all the Oxygen that I can. It’s helped me recover faster after intense training sessions and competitions. I feel more energised and ready to perform at my best every time I step onto the piste.”
