The penthouse of Flat A, 23/F Tower 2, with a saleable area of 3,695 sq ft (inclusive of a 256-square-foot balcony) and a 3,301-square-foot roof, has been sold for HK$260 million (HK$70,365 per sq ft), a project high. The penthouse, with five en suite bedrooms, is the biggest residence of the development.
