Encouraged by the overwhelming response for Alira Subang Jaya which has a take-up rate of 90 per cent, Avaland Berhad recently launched Amika Residences, a freehold property project in Subang Jaya adjacent to Alira Subang Jaya.
Amika Residences has since garnered a take-up rate of approximately 60 per cent since its launch in March 2024.
