According to the chairman of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, PH will form an electoral pact with the Malaysian United Democratic Alliance (Muda) for the 15th General Election (GE15), and a committee will be formed to continue discussions on the cooperation with Muda.
“There are several matters for mutual understanding and discussions will continue. If there is an agreement on seats and logos, we have no objections,” said Anwar.

Muda applied to officially join PH last month to avoid clashes in GE15, which was met with reluctance from certain PKR leaders.
Anwar explained that so far, it will be an electoral pact because to be an official member of the coalition, Muda must go through the Registrar of Societies (RoS).
“So, I don’t think the RoS will approve anything now,” continued Anwar after a Pakatan presidential council meeting at PKR’s headquarters in Merchant Square today.
