Masers Energy Development Sdn Bhd received the Platinum Award in International Quality Crown Award in London on the 22nd November 2015 for the second time that has been held in London. By receiving this world class award in the highest category, Masers Energy Development Sdn Bhd (MEDSB) is recognized for its commitment in Quality, Leadership, Technology and Innovation has represents success as the only Malaysia’s company receiving this award in this world class ceremony.
Dato’ Seri Haji Suhaimi Bin Abdul Rahman, founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MEDSB which is fully-owned by Masers Energy Inc.,acknowledges the strong commitment and contribution to quality and excellencethrough the clean and sustainable energy industry. “We are honoured and proud to be the first company from Malaysia to receive this award. I am extremely proud and satisfied because finally, the 12 years of hard work has finally paid off. I am in highly gratitude to represents Malaysia in such an honorable ceremony and would like to thank our Prime Minister, YAB Dato Sri Mohd Najib Bin Tun Abdul Razak, for his constant support towards our company” ,said Dato’ Seri Haji Suhaimi Bin Abdul Rahma n. The recognition received by MEDSB this year are based on the contribution of developing a master plan to implement “smart grid” technologies and solutions in line with the Malaysia government’s objectives in reducing carbon emission in Malaysia.
The Award was presented to companies from 48 countries around the world for achievements in Quality and Excellence. The recipients who came from Europe, America, Africa , Asia , Middle East and Ocenia , received their International Quality Award in recognition of their achievements and commitment to quality, thereby joining the historic group of prestigious BID Winners.
MEDSB will be embarking four National Projects in Malaysia which is the Solar City & Solar Bond Program, Kedah Zero Carbon Housing, Smart Grid & Zero Carbon Campus with Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Malaysia and EV ( Electric Vehicle) with sustainable energy provided through car sharing across Kuala Lumpur aligned with the vision of the Malaysia’s Prime Minister of making Malaysia as a zero carbon country by 2030.
