Qiu joined Russell Reynolds Associates from a global Fortune 500 company, Cedar Holding Group, where he was Chief Human Resources Officer, based in Guangzhou. Previously, he was Chief Human Resources Officer at Zhongzhi Capital, a leading Chinese private equity firm, where he served on the Investment Committee and focused on human resources, marketing and management consulting. Earlier in his career, Qiu worked for a number of leading international organizations, including 10 years with Mercer Beijing.
Tony holds a BA in education from Hubei University and an MA in management and HR development from Sydney University.
