RedDoorz, who has been growing its footprint aggressively across Indonesia, The Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam, used to have high dependency on manual processes to handle revenue and inventory management which involved manual pricing updates resulting in price disparities and an impact on user experience. With RedFox, RedDoorz was able to achieve real-time distribution of updated prices across OTAs (Online Travel Agents) and direct-to-consumer efforts by delegating computationally-intensive tasks backend processes. This led to an increase in overall profitability and a reduction in operational costs while also improving its hotel partners and team efficiencies. Customer acquisition, retention and partner experience increased as well.
