Organized by World Biz Magazine, the UK’s leading business media, the Global Top 100 Innovation Leaders of 2022 award was announced after a two-month nomination and selection process. Over 40,000 leaders were shortlisted for this award and the winners were selected based on their exceptional leadership, commercial insight, market integrity, and its positive impact on sustainability. As the only Chinese female entrepreneur to be selected as one of the Global Top 100 Innovation Leaders, Diane Wang was chosen to be featured both on the cover and exclusive interviews of this issue of World Biz Magazine.

The interview also featured Diane’s years of devotion to women’s empowerment, actively promoting digital transformation to empower women, and Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) development in international organizations including Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), Business 20 (B20), and BRICS Women’s Business Alliance, particularly introduced Diane’s contributions in initiating APEC Women Connect, an APEC endorsed program since 2016, which aims to empower women, especially young women, to realize entrepreneurship via digital solutions, through inspirational sharing, practical learning, effective recognition and awarding, and organizing APEC Women Connect “Her Power” e-commerce entrepreneurship competition for three consecutive years to equip young women with digital skills and knowledge to realize their dreams.
