    The Crisis Management Centre is teaming up with Harvestmedia to conduct a high level session on addressing crisis when it hits social media. This session is open to only 10 companies, each company will receive an initial social media analysis (that’s why you will need to confirm by this Tuesday to allow our data guys to prepare the reports) In this day and age the potential negative impact to reputation and revenue from a crisis that reaches social media has never been greater, it can be caused by anyone with a hand phone or a laptop and to make it harder to manage it happens in real time.
