“Workation is an emerging trend as flexible working models allow professionals to work from anywhere. This project caters to Digital Nomads and Remote Workers while stimulating weekday travel. I am confident it will establish Thailand as a leading workation destination, driving tourism revenue and economic activity,” stated Kiatphaibool.

A key feature of the programme is the introduction of Pop-up Workspaces in five strategic locations: Siam in Bangkok, Central Pattaya in Chon Buri, Khao Yai National Park in Nakhon Ratchasima, Ang Kaew at Chiang Mai University in Chiang Mai, and Ko Pha-ngan in Surat Thani. These workspaces are equipped with amenities such as internet access, printers, electricity, and ergonomic furniture, and are available free of charge to remote workers.
