AiruFlo, Malaysia’s first high-quality silicone modular face mask, has recently announced a collaboration with ten authorised pharmacy retailers to make their products more widely available in physical stores across the country. Through the new partnerships, the AiruFlo face mask will be sold in 41 pharmacy outlets, making it accessible to a broader range of audiences while encouraging sustainability through the use of reusable face masks.

AiruFlo’s pharmacy partners now include Aeon Malaysia, Ascen Plus Pharmacy, Consult Pharmacy, Friends’ Pharmacy, GEM Pharmacy, Happy Pharmacy, Health Lane Family Pharmacy, and Medsense Pharmacy.
“We are beyond excited about the new collaborations with our partnering pharmacies as this will be a major milestone for our brand to increase the accessibility of high-quality reusable face masks, allowing more and more people to try out and experience the product in real life,” said MC Leong, Co-Founder of AiruFlo. “Masks have become an important component of our day-to-day needs, although they are no longer required to be worn as we enter the endemic phase. To commemorate the partnerships, the brand has released the newest addition to their line of AiruFlo face masks earlier this year: the Stealth Black face mask. Unlike its transparent predecessors, the newly-released face mask is available in a semi-opaque black tint together with matching black-version N95 filters. While the original version was designed to provide the best of both worlds between staying protected and keeping facial expressions visible, the new variant is designed for people who prefer to cover their faces in everyday encounters.
The AiruFlo face masks are made with biocompatible, food-grade silicone rubber which help protect against bacteria and pollutants while providing a soft and breathable sensation to the face. The mask is readily washable and compatible with AiruFlo’s different range of replaceable filters, which can swap out periodically. Furthermore, AiruFlo has adjustable straps and a modular design which allows users to adjust their mask according to their needs.
Additionally, AiruFlo face masks have been certified as meeting international cleanliness and protection requirements by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the United States and the Malaysian Medical Device Authority (MDA). To maintain complete transparency, all certifications and lab results are publicly available on AiruFlo’s website.

In addition to AiruFlo’s environmentally conscious efforts, the brand also spearheads a robust recycling programme with the manufacturer of the masks. Under this programme, users of AiruFlo face masks who have replaced their existing masks with new ones or don’t want to wear them anymore can return their old masks to the manufacturing facility where the silicone and plastics will be melted down and reused for other purposes.
Since its inception in 2020, AiruFlo has established a steadily growing market presence, with more than 40 outlets in total across the region. Moving forward, the brand is looking to expand its face mask merchandise in more pharmacy outlets across all states in Malaysia.
