The press conference will reveal the results of the quarterly “Standard Chartered Hong Kong SME Leading Business Index” survey, sponsored by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (Standard Chartered Hong Kong) and conducted independently by HKPC, aiming to help the public and Hong Kong enterprises understand local SMEs’ outlook towards the business environment for the fourth quarter of 2022.
It will also explore the views of SMEs on e-commerce adoption and demand for talent.
The SME conference has been co-organised by HKPC and Standard Chartered Hong Kong since 2015. This year, we will focus on how to leverage Hong Kong’s significant advantages as an international financial, data and trade hub, integrate financial technologies such as Commercial Data Interchange (CDI), and seize business opportunities from the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).
By grasping the capital flow, data flow, trade flow and customer flow, SMEs may explore new market opportunities amid the everchanging business environment and recognise the current market demands, expanding worldwide business.
